We accept returns or exchanges for products) damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Refunds and Exchanges:
NO REFUNDS. Only exchanges.To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email within 10 days of receiving the product. These 10 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be returned to us within these 10 days. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund with store credit.
INCORRECT SIZING IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES: We provide model sizes, size charts, sizing instructions, and product fit details on our website. However, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing ordered by customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale, with the tags still attached. Shipping costs are not refundable.
